Inca Chocolate Protein Truffle Balls

My favourite and easy go to snack, especially when i feel like chocolate. It's all processed sugar free, gluten free and most importantly delicious.

Makes about 20 balls.

Ingredients

20 dates (pitted)

1/2 cup of inca berries (processed into little bits)

1-2tbsp of cocoa powder

1tsp of chia seeds

1-2tsp coconut oil

1tbs almond butter

3/4 cup of shredded coconut (to roll in)

1/4 cup of your choice of protein powder

Method

1. Add inca berried to food processor and processed into small pieces.

2. Combine all remaining ingredients except for the shredded coconut into a food processor and process until it forms into a thick ball.

3. Remove mixture and roll into balls and then cover with shredded coconut.
