Service Description
This is for you if you: - Lose Weight - Learn new healthy recipes - No more restriction or deprivation, eating only what you “should” or obsessively tracking - If you want to stop restricting foods, stop being scared of foods & heal your relationship with food. - If you want to work 1:1 & not just be another number; if you want your own personal cheerleader (me!). - If you want to look in the mirror & not hate what you see & start to feel comfortable in your clothes - Exercise being movement you love, rather than punishment for what you ate or to earn your calories What you get: - Initial consultation to explore your health goals and concerns, and discuss your current diet and lifestyle. - Two-three check ins each week with Inna to support and educate you to create long lasting healthy habits - In depth, customised nutrition plans based on you, your goals, and your lifestyle. - Twice weekly lessons delivered by email on nutrition and mindset about living a healthy lifestyle (2 per week) - Login access to your own personalised account on an app for access to meal plans and accountability tracker - 3 months subscription to monthly recipe e-books created by me, with MyFitness Plan bar codes, macro's and sample meal plans with shopping lists - 2 weeks membership to Last Rep Fitness for 2 classes per week to help with your fitness goals (available non existing Last Rep Members only) - 3 In-Body scans to track your progress
